Pamela Harrigan-Young

Estate Planning Attorney & CPA

Pamela Harrigan-Young earned her undergraduate degree in accounting with highest honors from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. After working for several years as a CPA in public accounting and private industry, she obtained her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Upon graduation from law school, she worked for five years at a law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina focused on estate planning, tax planning, and tax return preparation before founding the Law Office of Pamela Harrigan-Young and Pamela Harrigan-Young, CPA in January 2012.

As a solo practitioner, Ms. Harrigan-Young handles estate planning, probate administration, elder law, and heirs' property matters. Through her CPA firm, she provides tax planning, preparation, and resolution services.

In addition to running her practices, she has served as an adjunct professor at North Carolina A&T State University teaching accounting to undergraduate students, and currently serves on the Planned Giving Professional Advisory Council for NC A&T.
